We aim to deliver high-quality work that prioritizes toddler safety and customer satisfaction. Project details, including measurements and modifications, will be confirmed during consultation.

2. Service Agreements

When you engage our services, we’ll provide a written quote outlining the scope, timeline, and costs. Key terms include:

• Late Payments: Overdue payments may incur a reasonable late fee, communicated in advance.

4. Maintenance and Warranties

• Wood Treatment: We treat jungle gyms with Waxol every 6 months during construction to ensure durability. Ongoing maintenance is your responsibility, though we can provide guidance or services upon request.

• Warranty: We offer a limited warranty on our workmanship for 6 months from completion, covering defects due to our construction or installation. Damage from misuse, weather, or lack of maintenance is not covered.

• Repairs: Contact us for repairs or modifications, which may incur additional costs based on a new quote.

5. Customer Responsibilities

To ensure a smooth project, you agree to:

• Provide accurate information about your needs and site conditions.

• Secure any necessary permits or approvals for installation, if required.

• Maintain the jungle gym after completion, following our care instructions (e.g., periodic Waxol treatment).

Failure to meet these responsibilities may affect project timelines or outcomes.

• Safety: Our jungle gyms are built for toddler safety, but you are responsible for supervising children during use and ensuring the play area is used appropriately.

• Damage: We are not liable for damage to property caused by pre-existing site conditions or misuse of the jungle gym.

• Force Majeure: We are not responsible for delays or failures due to events beyond our control, such as weather, strikes, or supply shortages.

We carry standard business insurance, but you should maintain your own property insurance for installed structures.
